Responsibilities

• Maintaining healthy and meaningful relationships between Golden Bat and principals

• Growing our company’s reach and scope in existing companies and new clients

• Meeting sales targets of the company as assigned by our principals

• Handle product lines assigned to the specialist

• Manage targets and areas of responsibility practically and substantially

• Learn basic skills and knowledge as needed in order to help them in dealing with certain clients

• Gain mastery over product lines assigned through research, hands on, and from foreign principals

• Perform other works as required in order to aid in their other responsibilities

• Introduce product lines to existing clients as necessary

• Innovate and think outside the box for possible introductions to clients

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any of the following fields, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or have knowledge in environmental testing and/or management

• Preferably 1 year of work experience in the field of sales

• Preferably 1 year of work experience in environmental testing and/or management, or pollution control

• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, and willing to travel around Metro Manila and neighboring areas such as Greater Manila area

• Must be willing to learn and possess eagerness to continuously improve their knowledge and skills

• Applicants must possess determination, consistency and be a team player

• Applicants must have a pleasing personality and be able to conduct themselves well even in awkward or pressuring situations

• Applicants must be able to organise themselves, their projects and their product lines

• Applicants must be willing to travel for trainings related to their product lines
